Seven at Broadway achieves LEED Certified
The USGBC awarded Seven at Broadway a LEED Certified rating. This rating is an exceptional achievement for a high-rise multifamily building and is a credit to the entire design and ownership team. Neyer Architects led the LEED rating process.

The awards jury consisting on leading designers in architecture, interiors, landscape, and graphic design awarded Seven an Honorable Mention in the Architecture Built Work category.

John Senhauser presented two projects at the AIA Cincinnati design event “2x4”. The event included four architects each presenting two projects. We shared a private residence and recent pictures from Seven at Broadway with the theme “No Small Architecture; No Small Architects.”

Cincinnati’s Emery Theater to be restored by John Senhauser Architects
in collaboration with Westlake Reed Leskosky
The non-profit Emery Center Corporation Board together with The Requiem Project announced that it has selected John Senhauser Architects and Westlake Reed Leskosky to restore the Emery Theater. The theater was originally designed by Cincinnati architect Harvey Hannaford in 1911 and has been out of operation since 1988.

Canadian Wood Council Honors John Senhauser Architects
with Special Award
As part of the 2010 Wood Design Awards program, sponsored by Wood Design & Building Magazine and the Canadian Wood Council, the Walnut Woods Residence by John Senhauser Architects was one of two winning projects selected to receive the Special Award. The Walnut Woods Residence, along with the other winning projects from the competition, will be featured in an awards book titled, “Celebrating Excellence in Wood Structures 2010/2011.”
